27 Weeks!!

An update on the belly size...do I look any bigger? (I feel bigger..) My next doctors appt is on the 5th!

Mommy's dress

Sunday night Maddi disappeared for a few minutes, I knew she was in one of her usual hiding places, I quickly found her and about made her jump out of her skin when I said her name...she was "hiding" and putting on my dress that she had pulled out of the laundry room! She was so happy to be wearing Mommy's dress, and wore it for the rest of the night!

Sock puppets!

So I posted before that Maddi likes to take her socks off her feet and put them on her hands... well, this was her when I woke her up from her nap this afternoon! She sleeps on her stomach with her feet and hangs tucked under her, and when she pulled her hands out from under her, I just had to laugh as I saw her hands with her socks on them. Obviously she did some playing before she went to sleep!

Edible building blocks!

Maddi figured she could play and eat at the same time! She was stacking her fruit! It was pretty inpressive considering how slippery they were! She got them 3 high (but i think 2 high is all I was able to get a picute of). Also, Maddi got some boots from her Aunt Shelli for her birthday (yes, last year) and she will get to wear them for her birthday this year! The are soo cute, though it was hard to get a good picture of them, they have cute little pink flowers on the side.. Maddi likes them too, and notices that they feel different than her other shoes (she walked a little funny in them at first!)

They still fit!

Well, these are Maddi's cute monkey p.j.'s that Aunt Marianne gave her last year! (it was either for her b-day or christmas..sorry I cant remember which!) But I can't believe a year later they still fit! Also, the one with her hand up in the air is her paying "peas" (please) she wanted me to chase her crawing on the floor... such a funny girl!

Sunday Best

The bottom picture is Maddi brushing her teeth before church. She loves to brush her teeth (thats what I can usually distract her with long enough to let me get her hair up) Then, theres Maddi and Daddy after church, then a few of her outside... I wanted some of her standing and smiling, but she went straight for the dirt and wood chips and sat down to play! Oh well, her dress didn't get too dirty and we got a few cute pictures. Taking pictures AFTER church is hard b/c she is usually SOOO tired and needs a nap, and pictures are hard before church, cuz well, we just don't usually have enough time for a photo shoot!! oh-well! But Maddi still loves nursrey, walks right it and doesnt look back! It makes it very easy for us to feel good about leaving her in there. The doors have little windows at the top, so we peek in on her between classes and she always seems to be doing great! It makes is so happy! And she now knows that sunday mornings are different than other mornings. I usually turn on sunday music, then I turn it up enough so she can hear it from her room when I go in to wake her up, and yesterday morning, as soon as I picked her up (still asleep) and laid her on her changing table, she stretched and wiggled, then popped her eyes open pointed to me and said "dress!" then pointed to herself and said "dress, ya!" It was very sweet.

Fun Times with Maddi!

Maddi loves to take her socks off her feet and put them on her hands! Her own little sock puppets! She thinks she is so funny for doing it too, which she's right, she is funny! Well, Maddi has always like little corners to hide in, but she has figured out that she can open her closet door, so with her "sock puppets" she climbed in for a game of peek-a-boo! It was quite fun! She is still a monkey that likes to climb, she climbs on the outside of her crib now, but LUCKILY she doesnt climb out of it (yet). I don't think she'll ever stay in bed once she is in a toddler bed! ahh! oh-well, we'll doeal with it when it comes, just glad its not right now!!

Lots of fun!

Well, Madison got her tent back up (we packed it away when we moved) and we finally put it up again, she thought it was pretty fun, though it takes up quite a bit of space, so who knows how long it will stay up! She also went to her cousin's b-day party, and they had cupcakes, as you can see in the picture, this Baker side is just FULL of girls, that was most of the younger ones sitting in a line eating their yummy and messy cupcakes! Madison also got a new playmate! Though she will have to wait a little while for her to get bigger! Her sweet new 2nd cousin arrived at 8lbs 150z and 21 inches long, and her names is Addison Julienne Ivie. I also posted a pic of Uncle(grampie) Matt and his new granddaughter. Now, I think Uncle Matt came up with Uncle-Grampie for a name, since he is great uncle to my kid(s)(soon) and grampie to Kacie's of course! So hopefully these kids don't get to confused, but Uncle-Grampie is pretty cute =)

Getting bigger..,..

Well, Maddi isnt the only one grwoing around here! But this picture is already outdated! I have gotten bigger since we took this one (atleast i feel like it!!)But I have a routine doctors appt tomorrow so maybe we can take another picture tomorrow!

Tea time!

Here is Maddi...doing what she loves to do...play and read! Cinderella is a favorite lately (book and movie). She is also really into this dish set that Grammie Sue got her last Christmas. She likes to feed her babies, and tell them it's yummy! "mmmm.... nummy!!" she says... Anyways, she is lots of fun!
